Footprints in the Sand

I found this on my sisters old bookshelf. Its always wonderful to know that God is ALWAYS with you[us]! And will care for you[us] when you[we] are hurt.

Footprints in the Sand


One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.

This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.

So I said to the Lord,
"You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one
set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most,
you have not been there for me?"

The Lord replied,
"The times when you have
seen only one set of footprints,
is when I carried you."

My guitar recital.

Last night, 26 May, i had my second guitar recital. this was our first anualy recital. We heard piano, drums, guitars, vilolins and vocalists.

I really enjoyed it!

I got my medal:

Me and 2 other guitarist played 2 pieces. One was Etude in E Minor and second one was To the Fifth Power. It was fun!

Lucy's Story:

INFORMATION:

Name: Lucy

Breed: Jack Russell Terrier

Age: 4 or 5

Likes: squeaky toys, food, sleep, and people

Lucy is a sweet, hipper dog! She came to our house one night, the 18th of December 2010, at 0200(2am) and the next morning, Sunday, my older sister showed us her. We Searched for owners but none called in or came to our house. after bout a week, i think, we named her as our dog. We tried names and Lucy came along as a good name. She seemed to listen to the 'cy' at the end.

Anyways, she is a really sweet dog! She is a food-aholic (as Hank would put it). She knows sounds in the kitchen indicating food. And when she hears squeaks she goes after he toys! She will go out the fence so we have to watch her when we go outside! and thats bout it.

Oh...and she ain't your average JRT! She aint as hipper! But when she is, boy can she run and jump!!
